Hand Weeding (Hourly)

Services will be scheduled on the next available date based on your area of the city. Once scheduled, a confirmation email will be sent with your estimated date of completion.

Please note that exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed and work will be completed within the scheduled day. Please ensure the property and all service areas are accessible on the scheduled date. If access is restricted at the time of arrival, the visit may need to be rescheduled and additional charges may apply.

For the safety of our crews and to prevent contamination of equipment, all pet waste must be removed from lawn and landscaped areas prior to our arrival. Our crews do not handle or remove pet waste. If excessive pet waste is present at the time of arrival, the visit may need to be rescheduled and additional charges may apply.

All service dates are weather dependent.

In the event of rain, snow, or unsuitable ground conditions, scheduled work may be postponed and moved to the next available service date. Please note that extended or repeated weather events may result in additional scheduling delays.

Certain services, such as power raking, weed control or fertilizer applications, require dry lawn conditions. If conditions are not suitable at the time of arrival, these services may be rescheduled for a separate date to ensure proper application and effectiveness.

Pre-booked services require a minimum of 72 hours notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice, including same-day cancellations, may not be eligible for a refund.

Any additional services requested, debris haul-away charges, or other applicable fees will be invoiced separately following completion of the services. A copy of the invoice will be sent to you by email.
